I created this template for myself to ease the stress of review time! Over the years I have edited and updated my template based on feedback from reviewers. My reviews have always received extremely positive feedback for their organization. I am now sharing my template with you!

This template follows the guidelines of the state of Maryland

• All eight (8) required subjects

• Physical activity and music logs

• Optional foreign language slides

• Enough slots to show “regular and thorough instruction”
